By accessing and using the Hamilton Hartley Ltd website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Hamilton Hartley Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Trade Customers

Hamilton Hartley Ltd supplies products primarily to trade customers. We reserve the right to refuse supply to non-trade customers. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to stock availability. Payment is required before dispatch unless you hold an approved credit account. We accept payment by BACS, credit/debit card, and PayPal.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to stock availability and carrier schedules. Hamilton Hartley Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for undamaged, unopened goods in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorised by our team. Bespoke or special order items are non-returnable.

Liability

Hamilton Hartley Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We do not accept liability for consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
